We are proud to announce our latest product – locally sourced, locally produced, actively aerated compost tea. Along with getting to know all about rainwater, we’ve learned a great deal about soil… and plants… and watersheds (the list goes on) around the Pacific Northwest. And we’ve discovered that our urban infrastructure doesn’t bring needed nutrients back to the land. Chemical pesticides, herbicides, and other pollution further degrade soils. And then we ran across compost tea (the inspiration came from cleaning gutters and discovered we had all the parts and access to local materials to brew it. This compost is brewed for a higher than average bacteria presence, which is recommended for vegetables and grasses. One gallon is sufficient for a 1/5 of an acre. Use once per month to encourage healthy growth, and use every 10 – 14 days for disease control.
