One should know the fact that green tea is prepared from the leaves of camellia sinensis with the processing of oxidation. Firstly green tea emerged in china and from there it spread to many other countries such as Asia from Japan to middle east. Later this green tea is also termed as black tea especially in west. There green tea is consumed traditionally. Seeing the benefits of green tea different varieties of green tea emerged in their markets. From the same green tea different varieties can be produced just because of growing conditions, processing, and harvesting time.

There are several names given to greentea across the globe so one users of green tea should not confused by names such as in china it is c alled as gou gu nao, in japan it is called as gyokuro etc. The several types of tea one consumes depend on the quality and the plant it has been extracted and the method of processing the leaves. Japan is widely famous for its different regions involved in the production of raw tea leaf.

One will also come across different kinds of teas in the market such as green tea, kahwah, and korean tea etc. Every green tea brewing timing and temperature differ from individual teas. In the same way one will also show the condition of quality where low green teas steeping is done hotter and longer in comparison to high quality teas steeping is done cooler and shorter. No doubt high quality green teas does steeping many times atleast two to three times mainly. Green teas has two types of caffeine metabolites such as theophylline and is stronger than caffeine and theobromine which is little bit weaker than caffeine.
